Luxembourg's regulator just published its first FAQ on fund tokenisation. The short version: on-chain units are allowed. The fund's obligations don't go anywhere. The chain changes the record. Not the duties.

Tokenized deposits, hands on. Create an Asset Token, whitelist wallets, mint when a customer deposits, burn when they withdraw. A transfer to a wallet you haven't approved is rejected by the contract. No smart contract code. See it on testnet:
