ALT Elmina is an Indigenous African Psycho-Spiritual worker. Elmina’s work is guided by heart-centered Ngoma Mulema Se philosophies co-created with their ancestors, and Healing Justice and Disability Justice Principles. Elmina has been unemployed for some months now, and has been job searching. She became unhoused at the end of June, has been taking care of disabled elders for the past couple of years, and is raising funds for urgent bills/needs and is working toward getting housed.
