Takuma is great but far from P4P worthy or in conversations.
Lopez got a nice comeback win vs an inactive champion ( upgraded with 0 fights since winning Regular Title) who the vast majority of fans believed to be the worst champion in the sport.

OβShaquie Foster is one of the best stories to come out of boxing in years
He was not an undefeated canβt-miss prospect. He was not pushed or marketed. He lost two of his first 12 fights. He spent time in prison.
But he kept the dream alive. Took tough fights. Won them. Everything earned. And now is reaping all the benefits. Salute!

At least that was from what I have read in the past but as stated by someone else... we often see Heavyweights.
From my reading it was never mentioned for Heavyweight fighters but excpetions made.
Its never been the case... but I believe the inception of p4p was ment not to have Heavyweight fighters.

Shakur is widley ranked in the Top 5 by EVERY MAJOR PUBLICATION
Tank has equally good resume.
Tank has only won belts from 1 champion in 1 weight class of the 4 he competed in..... that champion being Pedraza.
