NYPD cop Joel Perez Leonardo (badge #: 2097) tried to offer a woman $60 to give him head in his car. When she refused, he pulled a gun on her & told her "get the fuck out my car." She told a nearby cop who approached Leonardo & realized that Leonardo was also driving drunk.
