Illegal Alien Filmed Himself Raping A Woman Multiple Times In Kentucky
Here we go.
Adahi Alberto Alvarez-Diaz, 21, is facing two counts of Rape - Incapable of Consent/Physically Helpless (first degree) per court documents, and @DHSgov @EROChicago exclusviely confirms to @BorderHawkNews that is he an illegal alien from Mexico.
On Dec. 9, 2025, Alvarez-Diaz had sexual intercourse with the victim while she was "incapacitated," according to University of Louisville Police, and the victim found the videos on the suspect's phone. She then immediately notified police.
Border Patrol encountered Alvarez Diaz on July 29, 2023, after he illegally entered the country near Sasabe, Arizona. A month later he was released into the country by the Biden administration. Records show he has an additional criminal history of identity theft.
Sasabe is an extremely remote location about 1.5 hours southwest of Tucson, and became one of the busiest crossing sites during the peak of the border crisis.

Illegal alien hit a local woman with his pickup truck while she was in a crosswalk last month and killed her.
He was convicted of misdemeanor death by vehicle and sentenced to 24 days.
“Virginia Tucker Lyon lost her life while crossing the street in a marked crosswalk in downtown
Smithfield,” Johnston County District Attorney Jason Waller said in a statement.
“No outcome can undo that loss, but this conviction holds the defendant accountable for the consequences of his actions.”
🚨 Wayne County, NC: Selvin Adelso Vasquez-Perez, a Guatemalan national with an immigration detainer hold, was sentenced last week to 24-days for causing the pedestrian death of 76-year-old Virginia Tucker Lyon.
He was credited for 24-days for time already served pre-trial.
Vasquez-Perez hit Lyon in a crosswalk while driving without a license in September. He had previously been cited for driving without a license in 2025 in Wake County.

EXCLUSIVE: Illegal Alien Charged With Murdering His Own Mother In Kentucky
BRAULIO DANIEL SANCHEZ OROZCO, 24, is charged with murdering his mother back in May and is currently being held in at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections. Additional charges include tampering with physical evidence, intimidating a participant in the legal process, tampering with a witness, and abuse of a corpse.
The victim is 44-year-old Maria Elena Sanchez Orozco.
She was found dead with "blunt force injuries."
@DHSgov and @EROChicago has confirmed to @BorderHawkNews that he is an illegal alien from Mexico.
According to a spokesperson, he lawfully entered the country on a temporary basis back in April 23, 2025 and "refused to depart."
WLKY captured a photo of Sanchez Orozco outside of the home.

If you want to see how insane the left has become, just look at this lawyer that HSI arrested, as detailed in @BorderHawkNews' exclusive.
On Sept 23, Lisa C. White allegedly walked into High Caliber Guns in Long Beach, Mississippi and said, "I need a gun." According to the criminal complaint, she told employees she was an activist and protester who needed a firearm and pepper spray because "ICE agents are becoming crazy and wild."
She allegedly asked whether certain guns could penetrate body armor, then said she'd "hit them in the head, shoulder, arm or leg."
The employee refused to sell her anything and reported it. ATF passed it to HSI, and HSI Gulfport agents tracked her down and took her into custody. The Sun Herald reports she's been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995.
HSI says it's preparing federal charges for threatening a federal officer under 18 U.S.C. § 115, which carries up to 10 years in prison.
"The safety of our personnel is paramount," HSI Gulfport Assistant Special Agent in Charge Matthew Reidell said, crediting the employees who spoke up for letting agents step in quickly.
ICE officers are facing a 1,600% increase in assaults, a 3,300% increase in vehicle attacks and an 8,000% increase in death threats, Border Hawk reports.
