Adahi Alberto Alvarez-Diaz, 21, is facing two counts of Rape - Incapable of Consent/Physically Helpless (first degree) per court documents, and @DHSgov @EROChicago exclusviely confirms to @BorderHawkNews that is he an illegal alien from Mexico.
On Dec. 9, 2025, Alvarez-Diaz had sexual intercourse with the victim while she was "incapacitated," according to University of Louisville Police, and the victim found the videos on the suspect's phone. She then immediately notified police.
Border Patrol encountered Alvarez Diaz on July 29, 2023, after he illegally entered the country near Sasabe, Arizona. A month later he was released into the country by the Biden administration. Records show he has an additional criminal history of identity theft.
Sasabe is an extremely remote location about 1.5 hours southwest of Tucson, and became one of the busiest crossing sites during the peak of the border crisis.

BRAULIO DANIEL SANCHEZ OROZCO, 24, is charged with murdering his mother back in May and is currently being held in at the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections. Additional charges include tampering with physical evidence, intimidating a participant in the legal process, tampering with a witness, and abuse of a corpse.
The victim is 44-year-old Maria Elena Sanchez Orozco.
She was found dead with "blunt force injuries."

According to a spokesperson, he lawfully entered the country on a temporary basis back in April 23, 2025 and "refused to depart."
