The death of William Chapman has brought into sharp focus the prejudice, hatred & lack of compassion that people living with mental illness continue to endure.

It is vital to learn from parents about the impact the Healthy Holidays programme has on their children. The benefits of holiday clubs extend beyond nutritious food and include exercise, learning opportunities, and social connectedness.

ALT Graphic with a light green textured background and Feeding Britain logo in the top right corner. Large text at the top reads: “The Impact of Healthy Holidays Programmes.” Below, a large green text box contains a quote from a parent describing the importance of holiday clubs. The quote explains that without the holiday club, their children would be isolated at home while they work, as they cannot afford childcare. It also says they would struggle to provide healthy meals and physical exercise, and the children would spend all day on their phones.
