Final Fantasy Resonance is a love letter to all Final Fantasy fans... What an amazing way to tie in all previous FF games...

What's everyone's gaming plan for the weekend? For me it's gonna be mainly Final Fantasy Resonance. I'm still early in but I already love that game! Such a great blend of Octopath and Final Fantasy. Maybe some Gears Horde mode on between...

I started with Final Fantasy Resonance. First impression: it's awesome! It's Octopath Traveler meets Final Fantasy. If you've played either of those games you immediately feel at home... Can't wait to play more. Anyone else playing this?

Wait what? Bioware is shutting down? I mean yeah, we knew the studio had its issues. But some of the best IPs with Mass Effect and Dragon Age are going away with that too... I need to digest this... What do you think?

What's everyone's thoughts on FSR 4.1 coming to Xbox Series and ROG Xbox Ally X consoles? I love it. Can't wait to see how devs will make use of it. I know it's not as good as DLSS, however a big step up over FSR2 and 3... And so yeah: great news for gamers!

I just pre ordered Final Fantasy Resonance. Anyone else excited for it? I'm really looking forward to this Thursday...

I've always said that Xbox should go all in on exclusivity. No case by case bullshit. There is no single game that would make people go out and buy a system. Especially if next Gen is >1000€. But if you have a continuous stream of exclusive content, of must play titles FOMO will do the trick...

The biggest issue with the Xbox PC app, especially if used on handhelds are the updates. You have to go to too many places to keep it up to date (windows, armory crate, Asus app, etc.) Does anyone know if they have with the big improvement a fix for that? To have all updates in one place?

Finished Gears E-Day Boxenberger score: 9.4 This game is one hell of a ride. As a big fan of the series I must say: they absolutely nailed it. They went back to the darker more horror-esque tone and that's a fantastic move. They also introduced modernized elements such as no shaky cam while sprinting or no more sprint on the A button. At the same time they kept what made Gears great in the first place: fantastic cover based combat, big set piece moments and yes, an emotional story. Emergence Day is a fantastic setting and it is super interesting to see how it all fell apart. I enjoyed the side missions that pop up naturally during the linear main campaign and the mod system gives you a satisfying feeling of reward. I couldn't recommend it more to anyone who loves shooters, big cinematic action and just has fun with games...

What's everyone's gaming plan for the weekend? For me it's Gears E-Day and nothing else. I'm absolutely loving this game. Such a great campaign!

Gears E-Day is just amazing. It looks phenomenal and plays so well... Will definitely finish the campaign over the weekend...
