A L2 consensus system on Chia is actually fairly straightforward. Each peer who is a candidate for block selection submits their block proposal hash and signature to a L1 p2 puzzle, then submits their block to the network to via gossip protocol

michael saylor hired thomas chow after big banks could be convinced to listen to ideas about bitcoin in bank accounts and coin-backed issuances. chia hired thomas chow in part to help teach big banks and their regulators why they are actually better off with proper blockchain accounts and coin based offerings. there is only one nakamoto blockchain on the market that is sensible for appropriately integrating the base level of banking custody and investment infrastructure globally. the rest are redundant cope and decentralization theatre. bitcoin is like digital gold. 🍊 chia is the global market. 🌱 🎄🎁 early
