Leukaemia is a cancer of the blood-forming tissues, particularly the bone marrow. It causes the body to produce abnormal blood cells, usually white blood cells, which can interfere with the production of healthy blood cells.
Leukaemia is commonly called blood cancer.
~ Main symptoms of leukaemia
° Persistent tiredness & weakness.
° Fever or repeated infections.
° Pale skin.
° Unexplained bruising.
° Nosebleeds or bleeding gums.
° Tiny red or purple spots on the skin.
° Bone or joint pain.
° Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, armpits or groin.
° Night sweats.
° Unexplained weight loss.
° Shortness of breath.
Symptoms can develop quickly or gradually, depending on the type of leukaemia. These signs do not necessarily mean someone has cancer.
~ What causes leukaemia?
The exact cause is often unknown. Factors associated with increased risk include:
° DNA changes in blood-forming cells.
° Smoking, particularly for some types.
° Exposure to benzene & certain other chemicals.
° High doses of ionising radiation.
° Certain previous chemotherapy treatments.
Some inherited genetic conditions.
Leukaemia is not contagious. You cannot catch it by touching, hugging or sharing food with someone who has it.

Isak and Even had the kind of chemistry that made you forget every other couple on your screen. The eye contact, the tension, the stolen moments, the way they looked at each other… it was NEVER just about being handsome. They made every little interaction feel electric.
And the crazy part? SKAM Season 3 didn't need over-the-top drama to make people obsessed. Two boys falling in love, struggling with their feelings, and trying to figure themselves out was enough to create something unforgettable.
People can hype Heated Rivalry, Young Royals, and every new gay romance that comes along, but Isak and Even set a standard that still hasn't been beaten.
A lot of these newer shows have hotter scenes, but SKAM Season 3 had the superior chemistry. There's a difference between showing attraction and making millions of people FEEL it through a screen.

° Adjust the seat height so that your chest rests comfortably against the pad and the handles align roughly with the lower portion of your chest or upper abdomen.
° Sit down with your feet flat on the floor or footrests for stability. Grab the handles with a neutral, overhand, or underhand grip depending on the handle options.
° Keep your chest pressed firmly against the pad. Exhale as you pull the handles back by driving your elbows down & back, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction.
