Who is Mike Rogers?
He grew up in Livingston County, the son of a shop teacher and the woman who ran the Brighton Chamber of Commerce.
He then served as an Army lieutenant and FBI agent, tasked with chasing organized crime and public corruption in Chicago. He was elected to the state Senate at 31 and to Congress by 2000.
His whole family is the same way. Wife Kristi did a tour in Iraq. His daughter served in AmeriCorps. His son is a Navy officer and Naval Academy grad, the fourth generation in this family to wear a uniform.
That’s who Mike Rogers is. Michigan born and raised, and a perfect candidate for US Senate.
