Where you are wrong is the purpose of your post - blame the CA rather than acknowledge that we have a mental health crisis that is unaddressed and unfortunately ends up badly sometimes.
Replying to @ButaBiberaj
What’s incorrect, Buta? Because NGRI pleas are 99% of INSANITY verdicts in VA — and under the laws of this Commonwealth the presiding judge can only accept or reject the pre arranged agreement between the CA and the Defense, where I am wrong?
The CA has no obligation to get an evaluation either way and in fact other Dem CAs (Bryan Porter and Amy Ashworth) refuse to get second opinions and let the defense take their quacks in front of jury — and they win.
Back to Wasike — you took him to trial then chickened out and gave him an NGRI plea right?
Kennedy aka fake ass lawyer. You trade in misinformation. That’s the shame.
Disgraced and Defeated Loudoun Soros DA Buta Biberaj enters the chat
1) NGRI is a PLEA deal like Danehower / Glyer and 13 other NGRIs Descano has given out to date - judge just accepts the agreement between DA and Defense
2) You gave one to Wasike right? but you actually only gave out 2-3 in your brief tenure — so kudos.
3) In VA, DA has no obligation to agree to competency eval or assent to expert opinion or even seek one— but you know that. I think you do?
4) what else can I help explain about NGRIs?
Stop the BS. The CA does not “give” an insanity plea. That means the person was deemed insane by an evaluation. This is a legal standard.
THIS is INSANE! What the Actual F—
Fairfax Soros DA Steve Descano to give insanity plea to illegal alien killer of single mom Stephanie Minter
-Before the murder, Sierra Leone National Abdul Jalloh had 40+ charges, 30+ arrests including 4 for attempted murder (stabbings)
-Fairfax Police warned & begged Descano to lock Jalloh up “before someone else gets hurt (or worse)”
-Descano dropped a NEW attempted murder only 3 months before Jalloh killed Minter anyway
- this will be the 15th of >100 murder cases to end in insanity — HIGHEST RATE in US — it’s >1% Nationwide
STOP THE INSANITY (DEALS)
Justice for Stephanie!

James Talarico: “I would ask [Ken Paxton] how he increased his net worth by $27M as a public employee. I would ask him how he owns 15 homes on a government salary. I would ask him why he was impeached by his own party and reported to the FBI by his own staff. And I would ask him why he’s taking bribes from wealthy donors while he blocks our overtime pay and guts our healthcare”

Wow, the $100,000 bribe for Kimberly Guilfoyle looks like child’s play! Alina Habba was paid $50 million for a pardon, AND it worked! This whole regime operates more like the mafia than a federal government!

Hassett: "If economic polls were correct, then people wouldn't be taking trips to nice hotels, they wouldn't be flying, they wouldn't be buying cars, they wouldn't be doing all the things they do when they're feeling good about the economy ... people are acting like we're in a boom. We are in a boom"
For every person who voted for him, and you are a Muslim, immigrant or person who loves America, you have been duped!! He cares only for himself and filling his pockets with our hard earned money.
You have the opportunity and obligation to vote on November 3. Make sure you vote.
NO, DONALD. Being President of these always great United States does not give you a license to mock someone’s name, ethnicity, or religion.
You can disagree with @AbdulElSayed’s politics — I certainly do. You can challenge his ideas, his policies, and his record. That is fair game in American politics.
But turning an Arabic name and a Muslim identity into a punchline is not political debate. It is bigotry, plain and simple.
And your repeated use of “Muhammad” to portray an American Muslim candidate as foreign, suspicious, or somehow less American is as offensive as it is un-American.
American names come from every language, ethnicity, and faith. That is who we are as a nation.
You are supposed to be the President of ALL Americans, Donald — including the millions of Americans whose names, backgrounds, and religions are different from yours.
You can call people whatever you want. But that does not make it right, presidential, or American. 🇺🇸

That’s not democracy. That’s a purchase order.
On November 3, remind him the government isn’t for sale.

Trump should fire Hegseth to avoid Hegseth’s impeachment. It’s the honorable thing to do. The House recessed early to avoid the vote, so I will reintroduce Hegseth articles of impeachment when we return for the lame duck session, regardless of the outcome of the midterm election.
BREAKING: Trump considering firing Defense Secretary Hegseth after the midterms in an effort to take the blame of the unpopular Iran war off of himself and onto Hegseth in order to "protect his legacy" and "reputation as an anti-war president," per multiple initial reports.
Trump is also on the verge of firing several key members of his administration in an effort to "clean house" amid mounting corruption allegations and expected midterm losses, as per the reports.
Proves two things:
1. DJT is not making the decisions in the wars. (Super fn troubling)
2. DJT is making the decision in the wars. (Super fn troubling) AND he is lying. (Still Super fn troubling)

The outrage is over people convicted of murder and rape being paroled. Youngkin and Miyares approved those same releases.
Townhall seems more interested in Miyares’ political ambitions than the harm caused by misleading and retraumatizing victims.
Own that double standard.
