People are mad saying, “The election was stolen.” 🤔 Okay. Was the SAVE Act passed? Were the people behind Jan. 6 held accountable? What about the COVID tyrants? If you believe the election was stolen, understand this: They let it be stolen. No prevention. No accountability. No consequences. A few illegal voters get arrested. The alleged ringleaders? Nothing.

.@ChairmanEdCox lost us the Senate in 2018 and lost EVERYTHING in 2026. New York can and should be a purple state. Under a different Chair, it would be. Cox must be removed and replaced with new leadership. The Republican grassroots deserve a say in their leadership.

NY-21 Republican Chairs are objectively a group of scammers. They all opposed me during the primary and behind the scenes during the General Election. I won despite them while Blake was propped up by Evil Media and the Democrat Machine. In NYS, the Republican Party is mostly a Con Job that helps Democrats win. Even Bruce Blakeman was in on the con. He just wandered around like a headless chicken going from stupid dinner, to stupid dinner and charming the "party" while ignoring the people. I am with the people and insist we rebuild the Party. Fire Ed Cox!

What do you get the woman who has everything? Including the power to take away your voice? Well, you write her a country song✔️ On behalf of all the embattled landowners in Upstate NY, this song is dedicated to Kathy Hochul. Here's "Dear Kathy" 👇

🚨 NEW YORK: The New York Post just endorsed Bruce Blakeman for GOVERNOR, Saritha Komatireddy for ATTORNEY GENERAL, and Mike Lawler for CONGRESS. Early voting starts TOMORROW. Blakeman can fire Kathy Hochul. Komatireddy can fire Letitia James. Lawler keeps a Hudson Valley seat RED. Three races decide whether New York stays a punchline or starts making sense again. Get out and vote, New York.

In a case we are watching, Judge Sinatra in the Western District of New York has granted summary judgment to the plaintiffs, including Firearms Policy Coalition, finding that New York’s ban on the purchase and sale of body armor violates the Second Amendment. Judge Sinatra has granted an injunction preventing the enforcement of the ban, but has also granted a 14 day stay of that injunction pending appeal.

🚜🌾Today, I joined @USDA Special Envoy for American Landowners @johnrich, rural activist Alexandra Fasulo, local leaders and farmers to call out Kathy Hochul’s ORES overreach. Albany has no business stripping away local control and putting our Upstate farms last! Time and again, Kathy Hochul and her cohorts in Albany have pushed restrictive mandates and regulations down on farmers and rural businesses in Upstate New York. This Governor has said, on live television no less, that Upstate communities “lack the sophistication” to negotiate on their own behalf. Our farmland and our communities deserve a voice, and I’ll fight like hell to make sure they have one. #TeamTague #SD51

‼️Tish James finally says the quiet part out loud: She doesn’t look at facts or the law, just what political agenda she can leverage for votes! Vote SARITHA for AG, a former federal prosecutor who knows the law and will put criminals in jail. #SarithaForNY #NY #SaveNY @sarithaforny

Sorry, Grandpa. Recent polls dropped and showed that majorities under 45 agree and want the Court to rule that the Second Amendment protects AR-15s. The reality is: “It looks scary” isn’t a constitutional test. Now SCOTUS has the opportunity to say the same in Viramontes.

Over the last year, from commenting on the "lost emails" the @NYSDEC doesn't answer when people report active eagle nesting sites at solar and wind complexes, I have come to learn a lot about the environmental agency that's turned its back on this state. To no one's surprised, they had the moose in Troy euthanized. It takes a simple Google search to learn that moose don't respond well to chemical sedation. It takes another simple Google search to learn about multiple other avenues the DEC could have taken to not kill the baby moose. But from the whistleblowing and conversations I've had with people from around the state, the public would be shocked to know the amount of animals this agency kills, off-script, even in the Adirondack Park. I understand the DEC "used to be good and full of good people." I am sure there are still good people there. But to work there, today, and stand by quietly while the DEC allows ORES to destroy hundreds of thousands of acres of habitat, grasslands, and forests for solar and wind... I don't have anything in common with you. This is the same agency that beat down a man's door to euthanize his pet squirrel. The DEC needs a complete and total overhaul and a brand new commissioner that wasn't strategically appointed by @GovKathyHochul.

I never imagined this time one-year ago, when I was ready to give it my all to save the birds at Fort Edward from Boralex, that this would become a statewide, if not nationwide, issue. I had no idea this was impacting dozens of communities and thousands of people as well. The power in all of this is that there are thousands of us. There are thousands of New Yorkers who want their home rule back. And that is exactly why this is terrifying to the Office of Renewable Energy Siting. Thank you @ChrisTague51 for the shout!
Apparently a bright and driven young lady, fighting for upstate farms like her own is extremely intimidating to the powers that be in Albany. This is how you know she’s right on the money!💯 Great work and keep fighting @alex_fasulo. Proud to stand with her and our farmers! #NoFarmsNoFood

Senator @BasedMikeLee, given how relatively small Canada’s population is, why aren’t these in per capita rates? -- Canada MAID assisted suicide rate: 40.0 deaths/ 100,000 people -- U.S. firearm homicide rate: 4.5 deaths/ 100,000 people Canada’s rate is 8.9 times higher!
State-administered death is now more common in Canada than gun homicide is in the U.S. That didn’t happen by accident.
