wtf this is crazy gems.design
I keep finding great stuff, then losing it in endless tabs or bookmarks I’ll never open again.
So I started putting the good stuff in one place.
Gems will be a curated collection of tools, AI, UI kits, workflows, hardware, résumés and other internet gems worth keeping.
v1 soon. Join the waitlist :)
A few gems I’ve found in the past couple of weeks:
aicss.dev → UI blocks for AI agent interactions
ui.halaska.com → UI components for AI products
bencho.dev → UI blocks for interactive AI experiences
builtbydesigners.com → showcase of products built by designers
torph.lochie.me → text morphing library with zero dependencies
typehug.aliszu.com → typography utility for keeping text together
Didn't bring my laptop on holiday, so I ended up building almost the entire Gems website from my phone.
The setup was pretty simple:
→ Claude app
→ NAS + GitHub
→ Mobbin MCP for design references
Managed to get about 90% of it done. Now it's time to focus on the details and polish everything.
Gems is basically a little time capsule for cool websites, tools, design inspiration and other stuff that tends to get lost on the internet.
In the meantime, you can join the waitlist at gems.design. Should be dropping v1 sometime next week 👀
Currently splitting my time between client work and our own projects, and it feels like a really good balance.
Finally dusting off that shelf of unbuilt ideas. Have to thank AI for that!

1 bottle. 15 stickers. One of the world’s biggest startup tech events.
I’m taking this bottle to Web Summit Lisbon 2026, and your brand can come with me.
The top 15 sponsors get a sticker on the bottle, which I’ll carry around the event for 4 days - surrounded by 70k+ founders, investors, startups and people from across the tech world.
A QR code on the bottom will take people straight to a directory of every company that sponsored the bottle, with the top 15 getting the biggest spotlight.
So whether you’re raising, looking for an exit, trying to reach new customers or simply getting your name out there, this might be a fun way to get your brand into Web Summit.
And if you’re going to be there too, my DMs are open 👋

My design setup has evolved quite a bit.
What used to be just Figma now lets me design, make ideas interactive and test them as I go.
Well done! As someone who’s a big fan of branding and seeing the breakdown of how it all came together, this really hit the nail on the head 👌
🗓️ NEW WORK FOR @Calendly 🗓️
Back when we first started S&D one of the most needless hassles that drove me crazy was the email tennis of scheduling a meeting. A few years ago, we started using Calendly, and it was infinitely better. So when they asked us to work on their brand it felt like karma.
It's so rare that you get to work on an identity for something that actually changed your business. So we knew we had to do it right.
