Potentially the first HLS hardware! This could be an airlock for Starship.
We do not know for certain that this is HLS but it is possible.

Following some early rigging adjustments, first the lower...and then the upper hinge points were cut, allowing Lanky Larry to swing the Pad-1 SQD arm away from the tower and lower it to the ground.

First recorded Starship Gasifier test today at Mcgregor LSCS by @NASASpaceflight cameras. They've been testing this system for a while but almost always missed because of how generally quiet they are. This test in particular is 12 minutes in duration
For the uninitiated the gasifier they are developing is a small dual pump+burner combo that will be installed within the ship in the near future, intended to extend it's orbital lifespan by allowing it to generate gaseous oxygen and methane from its existing liquid propellant stores primarily to maintain pressure in the tanks for long duration missions, but also to supply hot gas thrusters and perform tank settling, without igniting the Raptors. (The large fire is normal, that's the hot gas exhaust directed pretty much directly opposite the view of the camera)

Looks to me like it may have been a binding issue. They don't appear to be working on the actuator itself but either it's mount or the thick plate that is attached to the SQD arm that slots into place under the actuator when the SQD is attached to the ship.

Many animations for the gas generators were completed back in December of last year and were waiting for Zack to put together his next episode. After a few months we realized those animations would need to be updated due to new findings. The new animations are far more complex due to my desire to fix the issues that I noticed with the previous animations and they turned out much better in terms of visual quality. I'm really excited for people to see these new animations!
It feels good that we have finally entered into bonus time where @RyanHansenSpace can bust out unimportant animations for auxiliary purposes.
This last few months have been a DISASTER when it comes to redoing work that was pre-planned long in advance of when it would be needed.
I sped up the slo-mo shot to be realtime.

PSA: I think it’s probably best to not walk into the middle of unknown gas plumes if you happen to find yourself in this situation.
In this case, it’s probably oxygen but it’s equally likely that it’s a massive liquid nitrogen purge. If there is no obvious indication (which in this situation there isn’t, and never will be) then it’s best not to risk winding up in the middle of an oxygen depleted environment.
Despite that, this is an amazing FPV of standing in front of the Starship Integration Tower during testing events.
