May I introduce to you the newly married couple…Mr. & Mrs. Saunders ladies and gentlemen. ❤️💙
Thru week 7 #cthsfb #NVL teams in top 8 of their Class:
Class LL: 0

MM: @HC_Football (2nd)
M: 0
SS: @AnsoniaFootball (4th)

Graves catches six-yard TD on jet pass from Lombardo to break Alex Jamele's CT State record for TD receptions. Graves now has 51 for his career. Justin Smith kick, 49-7 @HC_Football 24.4 left 2q #cthsfb

Dae'Sean Graves, who needs one TD to tie Alex Jamele of Southington for the all time scoring receptions record, gets a 39 yd pick-six. Smith kick, 21-7 @HC_Football 740 left 2q #cthsfb

Freshman Anthony Serrano pick-six for @HC_Football. Kick good, they're up 28-7 over @CrosbyFTBALL with 644 left 2q #cthsfb

One such @WRHShawks standout is senior Hunter Cronk. Besides being a very reliable place kicker, you can find Hunter on defense at linebacker, in the backfield next to QB Evan Mastropietro in shotgun, and kickoffs/punts #cthsfb

And not that they would make excuses, but @WRHShawks football is very, very banged up. Multiple guys out for the season with injuries, so others are playing out of position #cthsfb
Photo finish in Waterbury! @NonneCHIEFSfb didn’t lead for the whole game v’s wca, and on the final play of the game from wca 20 Nonnewaug backup qb Rubsamen threw the Gw td to nichols.
19-18 the final
Best part, Nonnewaug gives up 18ppg/scores 19 ppg. Freaky stuff #cthsfb
Fresh off a bye week the WATR 📻 #cthsfb team is back in action covering #NVL 🏈 with @waterbury_fb host @NonneCHIEFSfb.
Halftime guest of bunker hill pharmacy Chris O’ Brien makes an appearance as well.
Below is how you can tune in ⬇️.
Because you cover central @RobG_97 I figured this would interest you, maybe bring up to some of the coaches down there and get their thoughts.
💭 what team they’ll try and add to the conference with le Moyne leaving.
#ctbb nvl Divisions for ‘26-‘27 szn:
D1-Crosby, HC, WCA, Wilby, Woodland
D2-Ansonia, Naugy, St. Paul, Seymour, Torrington
D3-Derby, Kennedy, Oxford, Watertown, Wolcott
@RAkevinroberts @nhrJoeMorelli
This probably isn’t much of a stretch here, but I love @dhurley15 and his coaching style. This @UConnMBB has a lot of the same attributes that b-b title teams had.
Biggest things though their size and shooting ability is A++.
If they stay healthy they will win the 🏆

Lewis Mills/Wolcott Tech football team is 3-2 at midway point of season -- their best start since going 4-1 in 2019. collinsvillepress.com/2026/1… #cthsfb
Came across this on FB just now. Crosby #ctbb assistant coach Larry Devito underwent open heart surgery.
Sending prayers and best wishes to a guy who bleeds Crosby blue, but even more kids respect. Guy is as tough as nails, and love teaching the game. Get well coach. 🫡
Friday nights game Nonnewaug v’s WCA will have Waterbury career’s head coach absent due to being suspended for 2 games for actions during their game v naugy b4 the bye week last week.
Jason sturdivant [also the girls basketball coach] is the intern for the game. #cthsfb
It’s official: sign the Yankees up for another early playoff exit. Don’t bother having expectations, they’ll lose in the DS as @JaredKotler stated in his tweet.
That’s def something to chew on huh @RMoyer97.
When you think about it #NVL 16 football teams, other sports you have 15. Except for Kennedy/crosby/naugy/Hc/Torrington you’ve got S or SS. Sprinkle in L or D1-D2 for some teams per sport, it’s mainly small school/SS league.
