I stopped by Foxtrot in Chicago. Again, very impressed by its selection. I was surprised by how many local Chicago brands were stocked. Is Chicago flying under the radar when it comes to CPG start ups? RX Bar was huge exit. Vital Proteins seems to be doing well.
