To help this, I created a free mental health app. It's called Phoenix. I've also started a non-profit with the sole goal of reducing male suicide.
Phoenix is live on iPhone and Android: a free, free, free private app for that moment before a bad or not so good moment. Breathe. Check in. Call a brother instead of carrying it alone.
