Forsyth is demographically weird for the South (63% White, 18% Asian, 10% Hispanic, 4% Black, 5% Mixed). Given the demographics, Ossoff still drew substantial White support in the county to end up 55R/44D.
But if you're looking for other comparative counties, Wake County, NC (57% White) went 75D/25R with Charleston County, SC (64% White) going 62D/32R.
Madison County, AL is another one that fits this pattern (66% White) going 58D/41R.
All three counties have similar White populations to Forsyth. The difference is that Forsyth has a massive Asian population who clearly vote more R. There really are no other Southern urban or suburban counties that look like Forsyth.
I think the move is the prohibit companies whose employees rely on public subsidy from doing things like massive stock buybacks that could have funded 5 years of health insurance premiums for the entire company.
Why should shareholders be compensated when the firm is burdening taxpayers?
