Bucs’ 43 points at Carolina was the 4th most in an NFL game this year by a road team. 5th most in a game period.
+30 was the largest road margin on victory in the NFL and the 2nd largest overall. Largest margin of victory over a starting QB.
Total domination. #WeAreTheKrewe

Only games where Bucs passed the ball less than they did with 11 attempts today -- 10 in franchise's first win vs. Saints in 1977 and 10 in 1979 win over Packers. Mayfield's thumb only needed for handoffs most of the game today.

Tampa Bay ran the ball on 81% of it's plays vs. CAR.
That's the 2nd highest single game run rate since 2016.
(The highest was NE (93.6%) in that extreme wind game vs. BUF from '21.)
Total outlier game from the Buccaneers today.
Data: @SumerSports
Keep saying: the 1-5 start was vs the 2nd best SOS in the NFL. Starting today, remaining schedule ranks 31st.
Bucs had 4 TO’s at Cincinnati and still almost won. Got 4 TO’s today, and roll by 30.
The bad start was bad, but not ALL bad. Big one a week from today.

Cool backstory on Baker Mayfield's new glove -- Bucs reached out to Nike, who had made a custom protective glove for Mike Trout, but that wasn't thumb-specific. That led them to the Rays, who (in the midst of pennant push) sent an equipment staffer over to Bucs facility, met with Mayfield, helped make a custom glove. They even brought over three more of them right before getting on the plane to Milwaukee. "Team Tampa Bay" is much more than just wishing each other good luck here.

Boston College Football mourns the passing of Dan Davis, whose voice became part of the program’s history. From calling Doug Flutie’s iconic Hail Mary in 1984 to dozens of BC Football broadcasts, his legacy will forever be part of The Heights.

The Panthers defense has gotten out to some extremely fast starts this year:
Gm 1 vs CHI: Okereke FF on 3rd play, CAR recovers
Gm 2 at ATL: Wheatley FF on 1st play, CAR recovers
Gm 5 at PHI: Okereke sack on 1st play, PHI 3 & out
Watch close on the @Buccaneers 1st possession.
