NEW UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION: I spent several months investigating a nationwide network of advocacy organizations and medical providers helping families continue medically transitioning their children in defiance of state laws.
My investigation centers on Campaign for Southern Equality (CSE), an LGBT advocacy nonprofit that connects families with cooperating medical providers across the country. CSE has distributed over $1 million in travel grants to more than 1,200 families, plus another $1 million to partner organizations, including funding for medical appointments.
With CSE's knowledge, providers in its referral network told me the ways that they circumvent state restrictions on gender-transition treatments for minors.
Some discussed using alternative diagnosis codes, such as “endocrine disorder,” to facilitate prescriptions or insurance coverage. Others described mailing medications directly to families' homes or sending prescriptions to pharmacies in states where these interventions are banned.
Providers also discussed conducting virtual appointments with patients in those states. Others required patients to cross state lines for telehealth but did not appear to have a reliable method for verifying their physical location.
My primary undercover scenario involved an 11-year-old girl in Tennessee who had only recently begun identifying as nonbinary, with no long history of gender-related distress. The providers I shared this scenario with seemed eager to treat her. Many indicated that puberty blockers could be prescribed after an initial evaluation lasting just one to several hours.
My investigation uncovered practices that may violate state and federal laws and pose medical risks to children living hundreds or thousands of miles from their treating physicians.

I started digging into who actually received the warnings about migrant children being exploited under the Biden administration.
Stephen Antkowiak. Xavier Becerra. Susan Rice's White House team. Tyler Moran.
On July 23, 2021, 11 supervisors at the Office of Refugee Resettlement sent a formal warning directly to Antkowiak, the division director.
They warned that labor trafficking was increasing and that leadership was rewarding employees for getting children released quickly rather than preventing unsafe placements.
Here's another disturbing detail.
Months earlier, according to that same memo, Antkowiak told White House aide Vivian Graubard that emergency facilities weren't even safe for children yet.
The New York Times later found that warnings about children at risk reached HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra.
Susan Rice's White House team received the 2021 trafficking warning. Two sources told the Times that Rice was personally briefed, although the White House denied it.
Biden's senior migration adviser Tyler Moran acknowledged that the White House relied on HHS to determine how seriously to take the warnings.
Now I want to see the emails, the responses, the meeting records, and the decisions made after each warning.

Jocelyn Benson owes every voter in Michigan an answer this morning, one day before they walk into an election she is still in charge of, and it is a pretty simple question… who covered the windows at the TCF Center in 2020, and why did she tell the country it was the Detroit Police?
Here is what the new review says. Volunteers went through nearly one million Detroit 2020 election documents, and according to those records it was a Democrat poll challenger named David Burcar who led the effort to block the Republican observers from seeing in. Not the police. Benson's story was that police covered the glass because windows were being broken, and the records show police did not do it and no windows were broken. None.
Now keep in mind what was happening behind that cardboard. The same review found only 132 legitimate overseas military ballots in the entire city, and yet officials processed thousands of ballots labeled "military," many of them tied to Detroit addresses. Thousands, in a city that had 132. How does that happen with the windows open, let alone with them papered over while the people who were supposed to be watching got pushed to the outside of the room?
I remember that week like most of you do, being told over and over that what we saw with our own eyes was not what we saw, that it was security, that it was for the workers, that anybody asking questions was a conspiracy nut out to overturn democracy. Six years of that. Six years of good people getting sued, smeared and banned for asking the exact question these records now answer, while the woman who handed the public the cover story kept her job and is running Michigan's election tomorrow.
Make no mistake, this is the part that should bother you most. When the person who controls the process gives the public an explanation that her own city's records do not back up, that is not a misunderstanding, it is a choice, and somebody needs to ask her under oath who she was protecting and why.
The volunteers who did this work are asking the FBI and the DOJ to step in. Good. @FBIDirectorKash, the documents are sitting right there… so what is the holdup?
