According to the criminal complaint, White went to a gun store in Long Beach on September 23, identified herself as an activist and protester, and said she wanted to purchase a firearm to kill ICE agents. She reportedly asked whether the guns could penetrate body armor, adding that if they couldn’t, she would aim for the head, shoulder, arm, or leg. Store employees refused to complete the sale and reported the incident to authorities. White has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1995 and previously practiced law in Broward County. Federal authorities have charged her with threatening a federal law enforcement officer.
