ASTONISHING REVELATION: I just learned that Kevin "Shooter McGavin" Reddington HAD multiple peremptory challenges remaining when the opportunity to strike Michael came around. Reddington could have eliminated Michael during jury selection but failed to do so. This sore loser who practices law as though our beloved profession were fake pro wrestling has no one to blame but himself for failing to close out a defense verdict that he had in the bag. Clearly, Reddington liked Michael well enough long before the mistrial. The sophomoric whining after the fact is pure sour grapes from an angry, mean, and tired old man who thought that a defense verdict was owed to him as though a birthright. Looks like Shooter McGavin Reddington had a gimme tap-in putt to win the Gold Jacket but choked the fateful decision under pressure.
