Everyone should watch this Trinidad food tour video series on YouTube. Best I've seen. It's gripping actually. I'm very familiar with the Trini cuisine but couldn't get enough of the videos. David & @ChefJasonPeru did a phenomenal job showcasing the cuisine. Spectacular!

My grandmother Shahnur Jehan born in British India in 1914 had the world before her as a concert pianist. She died in Trinidad in 1996 broken and took residence as a voice in my head. Today I signed a publishing contract. #publishing #writerslife. Hope you’re happy BM. 🙏
