The disparity between the current #mka mcap against the TAM just became even more preposterous. At this level they are a sitting duck.
HyProMag USA pre-feasibility study outlines future options to quadruple capacity, indicating incremental NPV of US$1.85 - 2.06 billion. This is in addition to US$723m for the first Texas plant - commissioning expected in mid-2028, with initial magnet finishing in 2027 #RareEarths #MKA @CMA_Minerals @REIA_global @unibirmingham @EITRawMaterials #CRMA @Share_Talk @DFCgov tools.euroland.com/tools/Pre…

#MKA market cap approx £100m. Songwe Hill DFS: $340M NPV, 24% IRR. Pulawy: $779M NPV, 40% IRR. Combined project NPVs >$1.1B.👀 Both EU CRMA strategic projects + US DFC funding for Songwe FEED. SPAC (CPTK) implies ~$400M value for Mkango’s stake in the mine + separation assets alone!! Now positioned across the full REE chain (mining, separation, short/medium/long-loop recycling & magnet manufacturing in UK, Germany & USA). HyProMag plants commissioning with customer interest (Siemens, JLR). Cash $13.6M at end of June. Financing path: SPAC + PIPE (private investment in public equity), strategic offtake partners, or development finance/debt. DYOR

Sorry this does say £21 a year saved on shopping? 😂A year?! That’s not a typo? Thank you so much Andy Burnham😂🤦🏻‍♂️
🚨 NEW: Andy Burnham has announced five "everyday fixes" ahead of the Budget 1. Carer's Allowance will be changed so carers no longer lose their entire benefit when they earn over the limit - instead, their support will reduce by £1 for every extra £1 they earn 2. Import tariffs will be removed on more than 100 products, including baked beans, chocolate and gherkins, to save households up to £21 on their food shop a year 3. Tax-free mileage rates for workers using their own cars will be made permanent at 55p per mile for the first 10,000 miles, with the rate for additional miles rising from 25p to 35p 4. Parental pay will be extended to over 150,000 more parents a year, including self-employed fathers and partners 5. Hundreds more Post Office drop boxes will be rolled out to save people queueing at branches

Just insane
John Healey is to announce an increase to the minimum wage in the Budget - taking it above £13 an hour for the first time. This will make it even more difficult for cash strapped businesses to employ young workers. Yet more punishment of small businesses with economic illiteracy.

In 67 days, the Pentagon’s restriction on NdFeB magnets will cover the entire supply chain, from mining of neodymium, iron and boron through production of finished magnets. Today it covers melting and the later stages of magnet production. From January 1, 2027, Pentagon contractors may not deliver covered material mined, refined, separated, melted or produced in China, Russia, Iran or North Korea. The same change reaches back to ore for samarium-cobalt magnets, tantalum and tungsten. The clause allows exceptions, including a nonavailability determination by the agency. The US-China truce suspending China’s October 2025 rare earth export controls was extended to January 10, 2027, nine days later. Source: China Briefing
