Taking @SamsungIndia 1m+ to replace a TV within warranty vs a 10-12 day TAT promised. Being given the runaround by the service center - endless follow ups, no response and now a take it or leave it offer timeline. No backup TV provided and no calls. Takes 3 tries to reach anyone.

That Qasim Umar dismissal, along with the one that got Robbie Kerr, are contenders for “ball of the century”. Certainly by an Indian bowler. Kapil Dev’s swing bowling was spectacular.
