ALT We want to shed light on a critical issue – planned protests against the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. At YWCA Edmonton, our commitment to inclusivity, diversity, & equal rights knows no bounds. We are dedicated to fostering a safe & welcoming space for everyone in our community, & our hearts beat in solidarity with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. The human rights of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals are non-negotiable. Every person deserves respect, dignity, & the freedom to live as their authentic selves, free from discrimination or hatred. We vehemently oppose any attempts to marginalize or discriminate against this community, & we denounce these planned protests as both hateful & harmful. Our community's strength lies in its diversity, & we proudly amplify the voices of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and all marginalized groups. Our commitment to equality & justice is unwavering, & we'll continue to champion the rights & well-being of all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity
