I believe you can build billion dollar companies with tiny teams, if not 1 person. If you think so too and are just getting started, DM me and I might invest up to $500k.

A huge amount of the Anti-AI code sentiment massively overestimates the quality of human code outside of a very small set of open source and high quality company codebases. Human Slop is everywhere and can trivially be improved on by any opus level model.

A funny possible outcome of The Great Telecom Wars > Starlink spends billions on spectrum > Amazon spends billions on satellites > Telcos spend billions defending their networks And some startup just connects everyone to the best network OpenRouter, but for telecom
JUST IN: SpaceX needs at least $200 billion to enter wireless once you add up spectrum, towers, and antennas, according to Deutsche Telekom CEO, who says "welcome to the party" Tim Höttges (CEO): “And by the way, I take his attempt serious. He has now bought 76 megahertz of spectrum. By the way, we have 400 megahertz. So if you now say, okay, he can buy the spectrum prospectively, do your math. These are kind of triple digit billions, which are needed to gain the spectrum position. Okay, if he has the money, go for it." "Then he has to build a network. I can tell you, we have 85,000 towers. No, he can rent towers, no question. But this is another 20 billion to 30 billion, which are required. Put antennas on it. Okay, you can buy antennas and you can get maybe even in a cheaper way or you construct it in a new way, but you need money for that." "So therefore, my assessment is that SpaceX at least if they want to play in that industry needs at least minimum 200 billion, but even beyond that to play in an industry, which we have, let’s say, professionalized over the last twenty years. Okay, welcome to the party.”

30 minutes to start a company. Why is this not the new default in Europe?
Europe’s best ideas need room to grow. Discussed how to make that happen with @EZaharievaEU at #TDS2026. Estonia leads the EU in startups and unicorns per capita. Our digital government makes doing business easier. A company can be set up online in 30 minutes. To help more companies succeed globally, Europe needs a stronger Single Market, simpler rules and better access to capital.

AI could create extraordinary wealth. But telling a generation that abundance is coming while they can’t afford a home or start a family is how you lose their trust. I’m incredibly optimistic about what we can build. People need a meaningful stake in it.

Mark Carney ist dabei absoluter GOAT zu werden! Der hat’s kapiert! 🫡
In Budget 2026, we’re cutting Canada’s marginal effective tax rate on new business investment from 13% to 6.4% — the lowest of any major economy in the world. That means businesses, large and small, can deduct the full cost of most new investments. Making Canada the best place in the world to build.

jesus fucking christ. we’re potentially on the verge of the greatest scientific revolution in human history and the first instinct of some politicians is to shut it down. i genuinely cannot comprehend this mindset.
Top of the Democratic agenda on day 1 needs to be a pause on advanced AI development, regulation of this out of control industry, and a ban on artificial superintelligence.

Germany, Europe and the West are one significant step closer to unlocking the largest REE deposit in Central Europe — and one day to producing neodymium safely and sustainably. Without neodymium no permanent magnets, without permanent magnets no electric cars, defence, renewables or tech industry. Next steps are being planned and coordinated with the licensing authorities as we speak. More to come on that soon. And to those who say Europe has no processing capacity: there is some closer than you think. Special thanks again to the fabulous @Hades team that worked day and night to make this happen.

Friedrich Merz (@_FriedrichMerz) wants Germany to become a leading AI nation by 2030. People are mocking him. Honestly, I get why. Parts of his own coalition want an AI tax (he's against it), energy is too expensive, and we have barely any compute, no own chips and no frontier model. But we have the talent. And defense showed what happens when the state becomes a serious customer and investors follow: Helsing, Quantum Systems, Stark and ARX Robotics are scaling fast. Do the same for AI and we can build the data centers, the hardware and a European company that competes with ChatGPT, Claude and Grok.

Extremely generous. Well done, @canva.
Canva is laying off 22% of its workforce which is 1271 employees, and this is what their CEO said. We need more founders like thissss.
