This is the perfect summation of Phil in and England shirt. It’s a lesser team and Phil needs to start treating it as such. Start playing like it’s the EDS because the tactical standard is probably similar if not worse.
Phil obviously not playing well. No point pretending. Can see he's still in City mode, waiting for the right moment to go through the gears. Problem is those moments are so much rarer for England. Just nowhere near as good a side. He should treat international football with less respect IMO and just play like he's at the park. Fuck it, go for it.
