The latest Mainnet Mithril full node benchmarks coming out of the closet
Will take a look once I land, but I welcome this and other languages! Go specifically is a great choice if you’re the kind of person who prefers having sex with men!

Metaplex Genesis 🤝 @Rugcheckxyz Genesis vesting is now integrated into RugCheck, bringing greater transparency to token supply and holder concentration.
RugCheck now supports @metaplex Genesis vesting. Token reports show locked supply in Lockers & LP and account for Genesis vesting vaults when assessing holder concentration.

Want faster reads at a lower cost?
Love what we’re getting done with @FluxRPC. 11.2ms average latency in this 5-minute snapshot. That’s 75–85% lower than the incumbents. Solana mainnet streaming is included in the $38/month Developer plan, and Lantern’s local caching reduces repeated data transfers to bring the bill down further and we don't sell orderflow.

FluxRPC successfully migrated to Alpenglow the moment it went live on mainnet. Faster finality means less waiting for transactions to settle, whether you’re building payment apps, trading tools or games. Huge credit to @anza_xyz and everyone who brought Alpenglow to @solana mainnet.
Alpenglow is live on mainnet-beta ⛰️ 🎉 Solana’s new consensus protocol: finality reduced from 12.8 seconds to 150 milliseconds, built by Anza. Why this is important 🧵

Your @solana bot trades a handful of pools. Why cache the whole program? Lantern now caches only the pools you pick, keeps them fresh, and lets you drop or swap them anytime. Faster than Yellowstone (and much cheaper!) because our updates are much smaller. 1/3

Speed up repeated Solana token balance checks with FluxRPC Lantern. You can now cache token accounts by mint. Choose USDC or another token, and Lantern stores its accounts locally and keeps them updated by streaming changes from FluxRPC. Your app can then check those balances locally, without fetching them from a remote RPC each time. Enter your mint address in the updated Lantern Configurator to generate your config: configurator.fluxrpc.com/

1/ For people who work in SVM blockchain environments like @fogo or @solana, up until today you've been stuck with the terrible experience of having to use Rust Not anymore after today. We are open sourcing GoSVM, a Go compiler for Solana. The benchmarks speak for themselves
For agentic coding, I’ve never regretted using Go. I’ve definitely regretted Rust and Python. Typescript somewhat, but surprisingly less than you’d think Anyway, I’m not saying to always use Go. But without a compelling reason otherwise, it should probably be the default choice

A comparison of Solana wallets and their load times. @Backpack seems to be the fastest, starting to use it as my daily driver. @solflare is ol' reliable @phantom is completely unusable. The enshittification is insane, the Phantom of 3 years ago is superior to Phantom now.

We put Solana on the big screen because that’s the big heart Solana has for the Chinese community, and that’s the warm welcome we are so thankful to feel from the Chinese community. Due to the publicity, event registrations quadrupled overnight, far exceeding the event cap we had registered with local authorities, and we had no way to prevent people from overwhelming the venue. So, in order to comply with local requirements, we are going to postpone this event for when we can better accommodate the breadth and scale of our community. Apologies to everyone who came from near and far to come be part of Solana in Shanghai. See you soon!

YOLO uses a paper trading model, where positions aren’t actually executed in the market, but the profits and losses are real. and because payouts come from a pool, they can be queued when there isn’t enough liquidity. also want to give credit to the @papertrade_xyz team for the idea behind the payout queue system. we took inspiration from what they’ve been building. should have mentioned this upfront.
we just launched something pretty interesting under jupiter labs. introducing YOLO. 500x to 1000x leverage. yes, 1000x. we’ve been experimenting with a different approach to high leverage trading, and YOLO is our first attempt at it. the idea is pretty simple. what if we could let people trade with extremely high leverage, without actually having to execute these massive leveraged positions in the market? so we took inspiration from the JLP model and built YOLO, where positions are simulated against real market prices, but the profits and losses are real. this allows us to offer leverage that goes far beyond what we currently have on jupiter perps, using a completely different approach. of course, this also comes with some tradeoffs. since profits are paid out from the pool, if there isn’t enough liquidity to pay out a winning position, the payout can be queued instead of being paid immediately. it’s a different model from traditional perps, with its own risks and limitations, but i think it’s an interesting experiment worth exploring. one thing i’ve always liked about building onchain is how much room there is to experiment with new financial products and trading experiences. and that’s also why we’re launching YOLO under jupiter labs. to give ideas like this a place to be tested, without necessarily having to fit into our existing products. i’m quite excited to see how people use YOLO and what we can learn from it. it’s still early, and there are probably many things we can improve along the way. but that’s the fun part of building and experimenting. give it a try, understand the risks, and let us know what you think. jup.ag/yolo let’s go!

THE BLOCK: Crypto trader "realist" was allegedly robbed of roughly $800,000 in crypto during a home invasion in the UK. According to his posts on X, intruders used tape, held knives to his face, and forced the transfer of funds held in his wallets and a Ledger device. The trader said he only sustained a few bruises.

Yeah big this up, finally rewarding the traders actually making copy traders money rather than using them as exit liquidity
We're rolling out a few big changes to the Callout Rewards program over the coming days, starting with today's payout. Here's what to expect: - Callouts on lowcap tokens will be nerfed. We want callouts to incentivize larger wealth effects that affect more people, rather than only benefiting a small group of sophisticated traders - Volume will cease to be the main attributer for rewards. The focus will be on what matters most: whether the people that trusted your callout were able to make money or not. Going forward, your goal should be to lead your followers to victory, otherwise your chances of consistently earning are SIGNIFICANTLY lower. Win as a team —> win as an individual.
