Triggering the offboarding tickets to the necessary department queues on ServiceNow
-IT teams should get tickets to recover leaver hardware
-AD team should get tickets to disable leaver Account
-Intune team should get tickets to remove licenses etc.
All under one RITM

Two labs into my IAM journey! 🔐
