-AD team should get tickets to disable leaver Account
-Intune team should get tickets to remove licenses etc.

I connected Microsoft Entra ID to AWS and tested user onboarding and offboarding.
One key lesson: disabling an account isn't enough. Revoke sessions and verify access!
