I can't help but feel like most of these upcoming Sonic.exe games would be a lot more interesting if they just did a full pivot into action/combat and Nazo/SMBZ style fantasy.
It's clear a lot of them don't actually want to make an asym HORROR game... so why try to?

For me, it's probably John Doe's Doom By Fate Chase theme, Entanglement. I really wish Zocarp would upload a clean in-game mix of this song's chase segment lol
