Everyone in Europe is running variations of the same baseline out of bounds play, and despite the relative simplicity no one can stop it.

ORLANDO MAGIC HORNS SLIP
The 4 notices that the defence switches on his back screen which means that his defender is behind him. Therefore he slips to the basket for an easy 2.

‼️ Sticky Words Sunday ‼️
SWITCH BEATER - EOG
Most teams will switch 1-5 or 1-4 + leave a goalie in EOG situations under 5 seconds.
The layering of the cross screen into a duck in, and then into a middle 3rd stagger is beautiful.
The magic here is forcing TWO SWITCHES - the cross screen and slip from the top of the stagger. This puts a ton of pressure on the defense.
What looks like a very complicated play is simply capitalizing on one defensive tendency. Simplicity is the ultimate sophisticaton.

Still obsessed with this Yale zone continuity offense

-A post holding the back line of the zone honest on the baseline
