Exercise should be part of your daily hygiene like brushing your teeth and taking a shower.

“If you have the privilege of pursuing something you love, do not settle for merely being in the field. Master your craft. Excel in its technicalities, sharpen your judgment, and become so proficient that your competence speaks for itself. Passion may lead you to the door, but mastery is what earns you the right to stand confidently in the room. Never take the opportunity to become exceptional for granted.”

We’re losing the ability to read beyond what is explicitly said. Context, subtext, implication, nuance, tone, these used to be things people naturally considered when interpreting communication. Now everything has to be taken literally and explained in the most explicit terms.

A lot of conversations fall apart because nuance is mistaken for inconsistency. People want everything to fit neatly into right or wrong, good or bad, when most issues are shaped by context, circumstance, and multiple truths existing at once.

When the Trump era is finally over, and this lady wants to come crawling back to the rest of us, don’t let her. No one should support this woman ever again.

Major cheat code for life: Plan tomorrow before you go to bed. Decide what matters. Write down your first action. Prepare your environment. Wake up knowing exactly what to do. Stop wasting your best mental energy deciding how to spend it.
And my favorite thing about life is that no matter how people feel about you, if you are rooted in your journey, you will find the ppl the universe has designed for you to serve & you’ll go on to make a major impact in their lives & nothing anyone thinks will matter AT ALL. 💋💋

I have a very strong sense of self and that’s what I love most about me. I know exactly what’s for me and what’s not. And I cannot be swayed. God bless

Take every unfair advantage you already have.
If you’re good at talking, start creating content. If you love writing, start writing online. If you’re good at making people laugh, use your humour. If you have an eye for aesthetics, build something around it.
You don’t always need to learn something new or start from zero. Sometimes, the smartest thing you can do is recognise what you already have and figure out how to use it. Your skills, personality, experiences, connections, and even the things you enjoy doing can become your biggest advantages.
Stop overlooking what comes naturally to you. Someone else might be trying really hard to develop the very thing you take for granted. Your unfair advantage is whatever makes your starting point a little different. Find it. Use it. Build on it.

I feel so bad for people that don’t get to experience friends that’ll hold them accountable and force them to see their wrongs. That’s one of the BEST parts of real friendship.
I can’t stand by and watch my people engage in trash behavior or self sabotage.

Cutting people off isn't always about hate or jealousy. Sometimes it's just a difference in mindsets. Some people lack loyalty, some are users, some drain your energy, and some are just two faced. Not everyone wants to be around that.

If I cut you off, you becoming successful later won’t make me regret my decision. Win. Grow. Do well. You’re still not someone i want in my life.

your empathy for others must not outweigh the boundaries you hold for yourself

Your whole life pretty much comes down to the boundaries and standards you do or don’t have.
