New product just dropped...
Welcome to the future of agentic workspaces.
Dashboards are ugly.
Every individual tool has it's own.
So I designed one for all your tools. Your agent builds it for you.
Connect your APIs and MCP servers.
Ask Claude to build you a custom widget.
Pick a theme, or describe one and it designs it.

Day three of resurrecting my dormant domain:
It takes time to see proper results but trending in the right direction.
Focus on the fundamentals:
- Topics with real search volume and a beatable results page
- Task style searches people actually type, not vague topics
- Two posts a day, no huge batches of AI slop
- Quick answers at the top of blogs, real evidence, an FAQ and internal links in every post
- Free calculators and templates, not just blog posts
- Requesting indexing for a few new pages a day

AI agents are getting scary good at SEO work.
With one caveat.
You need to give them the right tools and the right context.
Without data, they guess.
That's why I built my @ContextBolt SEO.
It connects your agent to your Search Console data and live SEO data (keywords, SERP overviews, backlinks etc).
So your agent knows what you rank for, what's close, and what to fix next.
I've been using it for past three months.
Here's the result📈

I spent ages teaching AI agents how to use my SEO product.
Which tool to call. When to call it. What to call next.
Turns out they just needed to get smarter.
Agents are so much better with tools now.
They know what's available, they chain tools together, and they go a step further without being asked.
I asked Claude to look into one blog topic.
It ran keyword research, checked my Search Console, read the SERP, looked at competitors and AI answers, then saved the opportunity.
One prompt.
I didn't touch that side of the product.
The agents got smarter and my product got better with them.

SEO is a long process.
There are no real shortcuts.
It can take pages months to drive any real traffic.
But when they do the results are pretty significant.
Keyword difficulty is the same number for every website.
Your odds of ranking aren't.
So we check each keyword against where your site already ranks in Search Console.

I built an SEO tool.
I come on here most days and talk about SEO.
I have built my main site to almost a million impressions a month.
So I have decided to do it again with a spare domain I had lying around.
I will post regular updates over the next few months, and share what is working and what's not.
So follow along for more SEO chat 🚀

For me it was such a pain finding a right SEO tool that'd help me to scale my fitness app website to new regions. I genuinely want to give a huge shoutout to @ContextBolt. They have this MCP that connects to your agent in like 2 minutes for a very good price. Check it out!

Gene took his app's website into 50 languages with ContextBolt SEO.
Then he sent me the most detailed feedback we've had since launch. Which errors confused his agent. Where the docs fell short.
Fellow solo founders make the best customers. They tell you exactly what broke and what works.

7 months ago I launched @ContextBolt and started building in public.
Now I'm about to hit $1,000 MRR and 1,000 followers on @X.
A few months ago I started sharing more of the journey here, real photo and all.
Since then I've grown faster than ever.
So I am doubling down and sharing everything, the highs and the lows!

Just hit a new SEO milestone 🥳
I launched my site about 8 months ago and never expected to see results like this.
Here's what worked for me:
1. Think in topics, not pages. Every post belongs to a cluster.
2. Let keyword research pick the cluster. Win the easy searches first.
3. Link every page in a cluster to the others. No orphans.
4. Go deep on a few topics, not thin on everything.
5. Judge the cluster, not the single post.

Stop paying $120 a month for six apps.
I built the agentic workspace that replaces them for $12:
Notion
PowerPoint
Pipedrive
Planable
Sunsama
Miro
Plug in your existing Claude/Codex subscription and your agent can build your widgets/themes, access all your context and update your board like a human would.

My product launch got zero sales.
I launched last week, a few thousand impressions on @X but no sales.
The gut reaction could be to lower the price or create a free tier.
I'm doing the opposite.
On Monday the price doubles. From $6/mo to $12/mo.
Why?
Because I believe in the product.
It started as an dashboard that you connect all your MCPs/APIs to so all of your stats are in one place.
It's now a truly an AGENTIC WORKSPACE, a place for you and your agents to collaborate.
Here's what I run through it.
- Product plans/scopes
- Client Pipeline
- Social posts
- Agent visibilty (current sessions, usage limits etc)
- All my stats, analytics and search console data
- My calendar
My agent sees it all. Not buried in .md files, in a workspace they can interact with.

Since @marclou built his own version of beehiv, there's been a lot of discussion around building your own tools.
Thought I'd weigh in.
I have built some of my own internal tools.
The one I use everyday is actually a replacement for DataFast. It's an analytics dashboard that shows me the exact metrics and stats that matter to my start up.
It's bespoke. I couldn't get that with a prebuilt solution.
I also pay for some tools, for example Postiz.
Which I could host myself as it is open source, or build my own version.
However, I don't.
Why? Because Postiz works great, I don't need a bespoke version and I don't want to maintain an ever growing stack of self built tools.
There is definitely a place for building your own internal tools which are built around your workflows and save money.
But there is also a place for paying for existing tools that are well built and hassle free.
I believe this is where the magic happens. A mix of your own internal tools and established tools.
