I have the opposite of whatever this is. Every photo of me I’m like “damn I’m the fucking best, and I just keep getting better”
do you ever see a photo of yourself and almost can’t believe how fucking ugly you actually are

A good rule of history: if you find yourself opposing a student movement while siding with the ruling class, you're wrong. Every time, in every era, whatever the issue.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Student movements have not always been on the right side of history. Mao's student Red Guards persecuted hundreds of thousands. Students helped Castro and Khomeini rise to power, and Nazi student groups opposed the Weimar Republic. britannica.com/topic/Red-Guar… encyclopedia.ushmm.org/content/en/art… aei.org/education/actu…

Why the pope just dropping bangers after bangers?
In an age dominated by technology, in which efficiency and profit often take precedence, it is so important that we continue to cultivate a spirit of contemplation and allow time and space for beauty. Such an attitude will greatly help humanity, especially young people, to discover the ability of art to uplift and reveal the depths of the human spirit and our openness to the divine. Contemplation presents a marvelous opportunity to encounter the God who is Beauty.

Second time in my life I’m agreeing with the pope. Weird days we live in.
In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

Not to be dramatic but how much of your life can you actually offload to AI before being physically alive becomes kind of pointless
BREAKING: Zuckerberg just described the near-future of computing, and it has nothing to do with screens. His call: within 5 years, every person on Earth has a personal AI that knows their life, understands their goals, and does the work for them. Not a chatbot. Not a search box. An agent that is deeply, intimately embedded in how you live. When the person building the social layer for 3 billion people says this is where we're going, it's not a prediction. It's a roadmap. Is the personal AI agent the most valuable product anyone can build right now?

Pretty good run down of history on why fuel sucks in Australia, actually!
1. The CIA, for toppling Whitlam after he established the Petroleum and Minerals Authority (PMA) in 1974. 2. Fraser, for abolishing said PMA. 3. Howard in 1979, for making Aussies pay the world, not domestic, price of oil. 4. Every government from 1970s to now who didn't establish a mandatory 90-day reserve. 5. Australian Institute of Petroleum (Big Oil) which claimed in 2014 we didn't need a 90-day reserve. 6. Angus Taylor for faking an increased reserve in the USA. 7. Albanese for selling Taylor's fake increase. 8. Trump for attacking Iran. 9. Albanese, Taylor and Hanson for supporting Trump's illegal, immoral and unprovoked attack on Iran. 10. Albanese for preferring bandaids to an all-out mobilisation to establish real fuel security.

Hardcore mode? Tempting.
I'll donate $15,000 to the first streamer who kills the Gobliterator boss in hard mode, no armor, no potion, no glitch, in hardcore mode (you can use iron weapons available in Exploration Mode). It must be streamed so we can watch the VOD; don't cheat, bro.
