Office Attendance Holds Steady Office attendance rates have remained relatively stable over the past week, according to Kastle's 10-city Back to Work Barometer. The overall occupancy fell marginally by less than one percentage point, standing at 50%. Most cities maintained their previous week's occupancy levels. Austin, Texas, was an exception, experiencing a 2.5-point drop to 57.6% occupancy. New York City and San Francisco saw minor increases, with occupancy rates rising to 49.7% and 43.3%, respectively. Chicago and Houston remained steady at 53.5% and 61.1% occupancy. The highest average occupancy for the week was on Tuesday at 59.1%, while the lowest was on Friday at 32.5%.
