37 upgrades are rolling out this month: 13 new features and 24 improvements under the hood.
New with the coming Iagon Storage Node:
- Self-healing Iagon Storage Nodes
- Iagon Storage Node helper for even more reliable Storage Nodes
- Smarter data placement across independent networks and reliable nodes
- New Storage Nodes build trust before taking on more data
- Storage Nodes connected to several network entry points at once
- Improved method to add new Storage Node to an account
- Move-over of existing Storage Nodes into the new improved decentralized network
- Live node alerts in the Iagon Dashboard
- Early warnings for full disks, clock drift and missing/faulty drives
- Operator choice of which alerts arrive by email
- Alert emails bundled, only for new alerts
- Improved Node overview per account in the Iagon Dashboard
- Optional email login with authenticator app for the Iagon Dashboard
Further improvements and optimizations:
- Cryptographic proofs of data in the decentralized network further improved
- Further improved integrity checks of stored data on every Storage Node
- Integrity verification of every download further improved
- Further improved encryption, prepared for the user's own device
- Higher redundancy, every file spread over more Storage Nodes

How it works (per their docs):
• Stablecoin collateral, long or short
• Orders are created from your own wallet and settled on-chain
• One shared Vault is the counterparty; LPs earn borrow fees but can lose value
• Fees: 0.20% to open + 1 ADA network fee
Beta limits right now:
• $BTC/USD only
• Max 5x leverage
• 30 min collateral, 300 max position size
Early numbers they shared:

When it comes to the Cardano Treasury at this point in the game, I think those funds should be used for maintaining Cardano, improvements to Cardano, real marketing of Cardano and forms of project support with repayment plans.
As far as I'm concerned, the days of cashing out from the Treasury for ideas and ventures that bring nothing to the chain but fun mentions, ego masturbation or green peace posturing just dont sit well with me anymore. The wasteful spending days are over.
I've been very accommodating for years in efforts to give everyone a shot at building something ground breaking, to achieve greatness on chain. I've watched company start on Cardano to obtain community support just to jump ship to other chains where they felt the grass would be greener when to me, it would appear their execution resulted in lack of interest or growth and Cardano was blamed. Where are they now?
I'm tired of seeing Cardano be used, bullied and otherwise bled by ALL parties with their thumb in the pie while so many of us continue working for free, taken for granted and acting as the front line infantry taking the shots for the officers as they sit on their horses upon the distant hills overlooking the fray below.
It's time for a real change in how us Dreps are treated, how the power entities operate in "Cardano's" favor or not, and how the Treasury is handled.
Why do we have founding entities with endless ADA at their disposal, more worried about collecting voting power and supporting interests that do nothing for Cardano instead of just funding these efforts themselves? If these proposals were worthy of Treasury funds, are they not worthy of being funded by the entities that support them? If not, why should we support them?
I want to see everyone succeed, prosper, innovate and compete, but the rules need to change once and for all and people need to start adding more of their own skin in the game. It's not 2017 anymore.

Binance has committed its own balance sheet to making customers whole. I expect it to deliver. Our industry will learn from this incident, strengthen security, and emerge stronger and more resilient.
Binance has begun recovering affected assets for users and continues to work with law enforcement, issuers, blockchain intelligence firms and industry partners to trace, freeze and recover additional funds.
The company has already publicly committed to cover losses through company funds in the prior announcement.
Binance has already reserved over $6.34B of company funds to cover this incident. $5B of these funds are already held in the exact token assets that were impacted. We are completing the purchase of the remaining amount by buying token assets through market channels and OTC channels. We are doing this to match the format of the remaining token assets and address any asset shortfalls. This step can take longer because some tokens may have low liquidity and OTC settlement also takes time. We will share more progress as soon as we can.
These figures do not include frozen or protected assets, which remain subject to ongoing recovery and verification. Currently, $3bn has been frozen, with thanks to our industry partners. We are working with partners and law enforcement to recover the frozen assets.We will continue to use company resources to cover confirmed shortfall and will provide further verified updates as recovery efforts progress. Ultimately, all user funds will be verified publicly through our Proof of Reserves.

Imagine being given 3 Billion ADA, with the 3 Billion ADA all you ship is a wallet in 8 years.
You then use this wallet to get 18% of Cardano's voting power by giving showing no other dReps other than your own. Without educating the user on what a dRep is, or what you'll even vote for. To delegate to any other dRep you had to have a 56 char hash from another website.
You then vibe code a closed source update. Ship it, resulting in millions lost from regular people.
Backlash comes, you say you will dereg your keys. But then still vote on spending treasury money. That's Emurgo. You literally can't make this shit up.
