I won’t post the videos out of respect to the users and their privacy but I do have them from log rocket of every session. ⚠️ Bridge Reminder (Read This Before Bridging) We’re seeing the same issue from a few users repeatedly, so let’s clear this up: Your bridge is NOT failing it’s being interrupted. From our logs, what’s happening is: •Users start a bridge •Then leave the page, refresh, or close the app before it completes When that happens, the process cannot finish properly. 🧠 Why this matters The bridge uses idempotent keys on the backend. That means: •Each bridge request is tracked as a single process •If you exit early, you break that flow before completion ✅ What you MUST do •Start the bridge •Stay on the page •Do NOT refresh •Do NOT leave the app •Wait until you see confirmation it’s completed ⏱ Think of it like this: You wouldn’t walk away mid-transaction at an ATM and expect the cash to still come out later. Same concept here.

Just a quick reminder as we’re still in the early stages of the mobile wallet rollout: Please make sure your app is always fully up to date before reporting any issues. A lot of bugs get resolved quickly, and we’re seeing reports come in for things that were fixed several patches ago. Also, like any wallet, RPC providers can experience downtime that’s outside of our control. If you ever run into connection issues, you can easily update your RPC in your chain settings at any time. On top of that, we’ve already added 3–5 backup RPCs presets per chain to help keep things running smoothly.
