4 fun facts, in pictures: 1) WNY has the Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame 2) that’s the 1st EVER belt awarded to a fighting champ (National Police Gazette Belt) 3) LongJohns were named after boxer John Sullivan 4) the medicine ball was invented in WNY by trainer William Muldoon

New Women's American Featherweight Champion Christine Ferea holds her Police Gazette Belt over her shoulder during post-bout interview. She promised to "rep the belt strong." Looking forward to it, Christine!

To avoid confusion, it's worth repeating that @bareknucklefc BKFC is NOT WBKFF, which is org that's having trouble paying fighters. BKFC's next event is 2/2 in Mexico with Police Gazette championships at stake.
