What a surprise.. Specter picks up the rose, reading the note as well. It was quite.. peculiar, really. He minded the fact the other rose had long gone missing from him.
Thinking of the other caring about it. About him.

The rose? Or them? Who knows.

It becomes obvious this must be from Propeller, and it baffles him the other even wrote all this for him.
As the words get sweeter, as the letter goes on, he cannot help but feel a bit emotional over it.
He did, of course, hope the best ->
