Don’t let these reporters gaslight you. Agents are who you really need to pay attention to. And several reputable sources mentioned that Wilson is available. Wilson is available for the right price. And the Jets are just trying to create scarcity so someone pays more. That’s it

I’m sensing a move coming at WR from the Chiefs. The Colts are actively selling and events are moving rapidly now. Tyreek is negotiating with somebody. And the Jets are shopping Garrett Wilson. Wilson is the optimal choice, but need roughly $10M in cap space through 2026. Chris Jones retirement could cover a big portion of his contract in 2027 forward, but it takes some juggling and likely a big check from Clark. Tyreek the second choice and it’s possible a deal is being finalized right now. Maybe the most likely option. Josh Downs an intriguing option, and the cheapest through 2026. Last year of rookie contract, so there is that. But he could probably be had for a 4 since Indy wants to move on. Plus an extension wouldn’t break the bank. I’m no Chiefs insider, but all this is public intel if you know where to look. I just feel something is happening at Arrowhead. We’ll know soon enough..
