Then you dismiss Russia’s signed Budapest commitments as “just a memorandum,” while treating disputed diplomatic assurances as an eternal ban on NATO enlargement.
Russia signed commitments to respect Ukraine’s sovereignty and borders and refrain from force and economic coercion. No signed agreement imposed a blanket ban on NATO enlargement.
In 1997, Russia also signed the NATO–Russia Founding Act, recognising states’ right to choose their security arrangements and accepting that neither side had a veto over the other.
Produce the agreement you claim NATO broke. Then explain why the documents Russia actually signed supposedly don’t count.

She was place on leave and fired 2 days later without a hearing or an opportunity to present her side of the story.
Stacey sued the district in Oct 2025 alleging violations of her 1st amendment rights
