As per instructions of ECI, the DEO of Rayagada district has started a proactive campaign to ensure that No eligible elector is left from the electoral rolls. Special camps are being held in 1032 no of booths in the district to ensure this.

Radhamani Melaka, a marigold farmer from Radhakrishna PG, Jagannathpur village, has embraced floriculture on a small 16-cent plot and is turning it into a promising source of income. Within just three months of planting, she has already earned around ₹2,000 and expects to earn an additional ₹8,000–₹10,000 over the next 1–2 months.
