Interviewer : Can you explain this gap on your resume?
Me : Sure, are you familiar with the 1500 companies collectively worth $5 trillion that have laid off 3,67,000 workers in the past 18 months?

whenever someone brings up using AI for creative work, I think about this
what we create also creates us

Someone said they miss when the internet felt like a library instead of a shopping mall, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. We used to go online to discover things, learn from strangers, and fall down weird rabbit holes. Now every click feels like someone is trying to sell us something. I miss the internet that wanted to share knowledge, not monetize every second of our attention.

They still don't understand Gen X in the workplace.
We don't want free pizza parties.
We don't want mandatory team-building retreats.
We don't want motivational speeches about being a family.
And we definitely don't want another company-branded coffee mug.
You know what we want?
💰 Pay us what we're worth.
🏖️ Let us take our vacation days without guilt.
🏡 Respect our time outside of work.
🤝 Trust us to do the job we were hired to do.
📵 Stop expecting us to be available 24/7.
We're not looking for an office to become our second home. We have lives, families, responsibilities, and better things to do than pretend a pizza party makes up for being underpaid and overworked.
Pay us fairly, respect our boundaries, and let us get on with our lives.
That's the perk. That's the culture. That's it. 😂

Russia/Ukraine is not a “both sides” moral equivalence thing. One side is the evil aggressor. The other side is defending their sovereign homeland.

Ok can we talk about how insane it is that in multiple cases of school shooters, the shooter very clearly had issues but their parents were like “I’m going to buy them a gun :)”

I genuinely don’t care if someone works in an office, a warehouse, a restaurant, or cleans floors.
If you give 40 hours of your life every week, you should be able to pay rent, buy groceries, cover your bills, and still have enough left to breathe a little.
That shouldn’t be some dream. It should be normal.
The fact that so many people work full-time and still live stressed, behind, and one emergency away from disaster tells you this system is failing the people who keep it running.

You said nothing.
He bulldozed the East Wing.
You said nothing.
He interfered with the release of the Epstein files.
You said nothing.
He took over the Kennedy Center and renamed it after himself.
You said nothing.
He accepted a $400 million airplane as a personal gift. You said nothing.
He threatened Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Greenland, Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil.
You said nothing.
He tariffed just about everyone but Russia, causing inflation and instability worldwide.
You said nothing.
He attacked a nation during mediated negotiations.
You said nothing.
His ill-conceived war killed 175 children on day one.
You said nothing.
He alienated and insulted our allies.
You said nothing.
His ICE Army terrorized and murdered
U.S. citizens.
You said nothing.
He committed murder on the high seas.
You said nothing.
He co-opted the Justice Department and directed it to prosecute his political enemies.
You said nothing.
It's time to start talking!

Donald Trump is a Russian asset.
How many times and in how many ways does he have to prove this to the world?

A full-time paycheck in 2026 should cover:
- Rent without 2 roommates
- Groceries without putting stuff back
- A weekend without checking your balance

We're asking for a life that doesn't need a calculator to survive.

If you get your rocks off by watching someone in a wheelchair be executed by a firing squad live on television, you need a fucking psych evaluation.
