एक पत्नी ने बुर्का पहनकर अपने पति का पीछा किया, स्कूल के बाहर सार्वजनिक रूप से गाली-गलौज और मारपीट की
पति का कहना है कि वह चार साल से अलग रह रहा है और लगातार उत्पीड़न, झूठे आरोप और मानसिक प्रताड़ना झेल रहा है।
इस तरह की हिंसा , गाली गलौच और सार्वजनिक अपमान को कैसे सही ठहराया जा सकता है?
दर्जनों कानून होने के बावजूद, रोड पर इस तरह का शोषण। साफ तौर पर पत्नी के गलत इरादों को दर्शाता है।
पुरुष भी मानसिक और शारीरिक प्रताड़ना झेलते हैं — लेकिन उनकी आवाज़ अक्सर अनसुनी कर दी जाती है। उनके ऊपर हो रहे उत्पीड़न की शिकायत तक करने की जगह नहीं है।

महिला की भाषा और रवैया साफ दिखाता है कि आज अपराध करने के बाद भी डर नहीं है — न समाज का, न कानून का।
जब महिलाओं द्वारा किए गए अपराधों को “महिला है” कहकर हल्के में लिया जाता है, सज़ा कम कर दी जाती है या नजरअंदाज किया जाता है — तब कानून का संतुलन बिगड़ता है।
समानता का अर्थ जिम्मेदारी से भी है।
कानून अगर एकतरफा होगा, तो निडरता बढ़ेगी ही।
