feel like a lot of the internet disagreement over this topic arises due to the average American understanding seasoning exclusively as like, a colourful powder that comes out of a jar. and the more of this you add to your food, the more morally correct you are
Its kinda funny how British food gets clowned on for “lack of seasoning” but Japanese food never catches the same smoke

We have ceded power to the most awful of people. Europe must invest to keep ourselves safe from idiots and isolationists
Elon Musk responded to Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski regarding Starlink: "Be quiet, small man. You pay a tiny fraction of the cost. And there is no substitute for Starlink." Meanwhile, the U.S. Secretary of State stated that no one had threatened to disconnect Ukraine from Starlink and advised Sikorski to "say thank you, because without Starlink, Ukraine would have lost the war, and the Russians would be on the border with Poland."

GBNews needs to change its name to RTNews at this point. Tom Tugendhat, ex Security Minister, does well to push back the nonsense from Bev Turner, ex sports presenter..

Dear @englandcricket Why are you playing the Afghanistan men's team when in their country women are tortured and persecuted by the Taliban? Where is your morality? Where are your ethics?

And what did you do? Did you show them there’s no right way to be a boy? That being gay means that you can be loved and is totally natural? That they can dress and exact exactly the way they feel without caring how society judges them? No, you…

Her youngest is seven now. My then seven year old still thought that “boys couldn’t have long hair.” It’s half way down his back now.

USAID buys about $2 billion of American farm produce annually for humanitarian food aid. Foreign aid is an enormously powerful form of soft power in a world where countries like China are seeking influence. Even if you hate helping the poor stopping aid seems so stupid

I find it amazing that this has become so completely normalised at the same time as celebrity feminism fusses over The Handmaid's Tale (which they've some how conveniently decided is only really relevant to abortion)

Yes all dogs can be trained etc etc but it's an undeniable fact that certain breeds were created by selective breeding over many many years specifically to be good at killing things and being aggressive. Why you would want one of those breeds as a family pet is baffling.

At this age I was constantly being asked if I was a boy or girl, and constantly responding "Girl, but I wish I were a boy!" If I'd been born 10 years later, some well-meaning teacher would have convinced me to be trans We need to just let girls be awkward tomboys 🧵
