“I don’t think influence is something that flows in only one direction.”
Tite Kubo (@tite_official) drew 'BLEACH' every week for fifteen years, building a 686-chapter story that sold 130 million copies and set the template for countless other series and the modern fighting manga.
For our Issue 38 cover story, he talks about the ending he planned from the very first chapter, how Ichigo’s darkest arc took a toll on his own health, and the influence 'BLEACH' has had on a new generation of manga artists.

Coming back to say I saw Clayface yesterday and it is EXACTLY the movie it was trying to be. It was some of the best body horror I’ve seen in YEARS and as someone that can usually see where a movie is going, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time!

Looking at the episode titles got me extra curious to see how this season gonna wrap up. I hope we see Korra talking to Pavi and we see what really happened that led to the current world state. I do also think Nisha will end up in Republic Forest by the end.

9 episodes in and I'm really enjoying Avatar Seven Havens. I wasn't fully sold out the gate but the further it goes, we get more lore and world building (especially this week). The fights have been fun to watch and Im excited for the final 4 episodes of S1 next week.

Their ‘BLADE’ game “is nearing the end” of production with one rep saying it “would be a monumental waste” if it went unreleased.
