I like that they are actually looking at changes that are making the game feel more in depth but HG not being separated is kinda a bummer. The 1 hour cooldown might be good but them saying that 2 HG battles happening at the same time is “rare” I doubt I see it happen all the time

A few days ago, 268 people lost their jobs across @XBOX, including many at @RareLtd.
Community Managers @j0toro and @mopwielder were not among them, despite their involvement in elevating a known predator (Bruno) within the Sea of Thieves community.
XBOX makes $20+ billion a year. You're telling me there was no motivation or energy to hold certain employees accountable for something this serious, but plenty of energy to lay off hundreds of others?
We're talking about employees who knew about Bruno's disgusting behavior toward minors, yet still promoted him into a position of influence (Boatswain) despite multiple warnings from many players which were all ignored.
When even more evidence came to light, Rare launched an "internal investigation". Yet instead of addressing what happened and removing & banning anyone who was involved with him, they introduced new policies that made discussing said employees, moderators, or any of the Bruno situation a bannable and blockable offense under its new "witch-hunting" rules.
During this investigation, J0toro deleted many of her interactions with Bruno to prevent her from looking affilated in any way.
@asha_shar @mattbooty Please look into these individuals at Rare. We've been asking for accountability on this for months.
You guys have been on a role since Asha became CEO, so please don't overlook this. Get Sea of Thieves back on track.

To all SoT Partners:
Those of you who said earlier this year that you’d step down if nothing changed, now is the time to stand by those words.
No accountability or action was taken by Rare. Their internal investigation did nothing but waste everyone’s time and give them months to just eventually double down.
On top of that, this new partner policy restricts what you can and can’t say to your own audience, while Rare gets to decide what they consider “inappropriate” or “abusive”.
For example: If you say “I believe J0toro and Shirah should be fired for elevating a known predator in the community.” That now falls under abuse or witch hunting, and you risk your partnership.
That is censorship. It’s disgusting, and it paves the way for those responsible to avoid accountability.
You shouldn’t be forced to, but if you meant what you said before, step down.
Your voice is louder than ours. Use it.

These new changes from the current 1984 CM team prove:
They don’t care about concerns from their community.
They only care about/protect the people in their click.
They don’t care about literally crimes their “friends” make.
They only want to control the narrative.
Funny how they are taking the wrong turn again. According to this they should ban half of their mods and voluntary “mods” (abusers of power). Nothing is changing. Clever use of copy paste right there..
